Resetarits Construction Corporation (RCC) was founded on the principle that "bigger isn't better". Better is having the most qualified staff, working with the best subcontractors, and always focusing on customer service. We know that if we want to be the best, we must hire and retain the best employees, recruit and work with the best subcontractors, and provide our clients with a level of service not available from other firms. So, that's what we do.
We've assembled a staff that we consider to be "the best of the best". Construction professionals that clients have enjoyed working with, and have requested to work with again. They have the experience of working with larger firms on complex projects, but have joined RCC to work in a smaller, client focused firm. This caliber of professional manages all aspects of an RCC project, large or small. Our clients work daily with senior level project managers, ensuring that projects run smoothly and professionally. If we're going to offer the best services, we must have the best staff. So, that's what we do.
We focus on our clients, and the service we provide them. Our goal isn't to just build a building, but to build a relationship. Which we can only do by making sure our clients enjoy working with us, and are happy with the end product. We must go the extra mile, live up to our promises, and keep our client's best interests (budgets, schedules, design) in mind at all times. So, that's what we do.
We don't want to be the biggest firm in town. We don't measure ourselves by our volume of work. But we do want to have the most satisfied clients, employees, and subcontractors. And to do that, we have to be the best.
